Maslow's hierarchy of needs

A basic need, water


This is Maslow's hierarchy of needs. It is a table that shows the different levels of human needs. Down below, we have the basic needs: food, water, warmth, rest, security and safety. This are needed for survival and are considered the most needed in this table. Psychological needs are needs that cannot be bought but still are very important for any person. This includes love, friendship and the feeling of accomplishment. The ones at the top of the table are called the self-fulfilment needs. They are not needed for survival but are extremely important to have a good life and to get a well-paid job.
